How it works
From recipe to grocery list in seconds
Paste a link or share a screenshot
Found a recipe on your favourite food blog, Instagram, or a cooking site? Just paste the URL into Vynn — or share a screenshot of the ingredients. Vynn reads it, extracts every ingredient, and adds them to your list automatically.
Adjust servings, adjust everything
Cooking for two instead of six? Slide the serving count and every ingredient quantity recalculates instantly. Prices update too, so you know exactly what the meal will cost before you head to the store.
Lands on your shared list
Imported ingredients go straight to your shared grocery list. If your partner is already at the store, they'll see the new items appear in real time — no copy-pasting or texting required.
Frequently asked questions
How do I import a recipe?
Paste a recipe URL into Vynn or share a screenshot from any app. Vynn reads the ingredients and adds them to your grocery list automatically — no typing required.
What recipe sources are supported?
Vynn works with most major recipe websites, food blogs, and social media posts. If it's a standard recipe format, Vynn can usually read it.
What if an ingredient isn't recognized?
If Vynn can't match an ingredient to a product, it will still add it to your list as a text item so you don't forget it. You can always edit or replace it later.
Does it handle metric and imperial measurements?
Yes. Vynn understands both metric and imperial, and it displays quantities in whichever format the recipe uses. You can also switch between them in settings.
